"I am very happy with the hosting service. We have been with them for almost a year and I have no complaints. They do their best to help me with any questions I have and have a very personalized service. That's kind of refreshing in this day and age. We had someone hijack our original web address and Ontrack was a HUGE help in getting the new URL and has put a lock down on it so no one can try to take it without our knowledge. The conltrol panel is pretty self explanitory. They are very good at explaining how everything in there works, but I haven't really needed too much help with that at all. They have several rate packages and can do monthly, quarterly, or annual billing. So it's just a matter of what works best for the customer, not the customer adapting to what works best for the company."

I am a complete klutz when it comes to anything website related, but the service has been more than helpful in educating me on the setup, operation, modification and use of the features they provide. "I have only the highest praise for Ontrack WebHosting. I have been with Ontrack for almost a year and have had absolutely no complaints. I am not well-versed in how things work and whenever I do have a question, they respond back very quickly. Best of all, the answers are stated in a form that I am able to understand. To me, that is a big plus. I like the functionality of the H-Sphere control panel better then the standard C-Panel option offered by other hosting companies.
